HOW TO WEAR HOLLY’S
NEW MUST-HAVES

We asked four in-the-know women from M&S head office to show us how they’ll be styling Holly Willoughby’s new collection

Look pretty in pink

“The neckline and sleeves of this blouse make a statement without feeling too OTT for everyday wear. The soft pastel tone is versatile and would work well for the office, after-work drinks and with jeans at the weekend. The circular bag is big enough to be practical but the shape and handle detail add more interest. Black tailored trousers are a total wardrobe staple, especially when they are as figure-flattering as this pair. They would go just as well with a chunky knit as they would a sequin top for party season. As for the blush-pink heels, they are really comfortable and pull the outfit together nicely.”

Get spotted in the
animal-print trend

“I jumped at the chance to try out this on-trend leopard-print dress because I instantly knew that it was ‘me’. I’d never considered layering a ribbed polo-neck underneath before – it’s a clever way to layer the dress through the colder months. As a busy mum of five boys, I love simple outfits like this. It’s an easy option to throw on in the morning, but it would also get a lot of compliments if worn out for dinner with friends. As for the versatile bag and boots – they’ve gone straight to the top of my accessory wishlist.”

Embrace retro styling

“I’m a great lover of ultra-feminine style and this outfit ticks all my boxes. I am a huge fan of stripes, so this cute jumper was a fun departure from my usual navy or black and white. I would also try the striped jumper with a yellow silky blouse with a big bow poking out of the neckline. I am petite with curves so wearing something that nips in at the waist is a huge win for me and this A-line skirt did just that.”

Bring the sunshine

“I love to wear bright colour and this yellow button-down blouse is a great way to incorporate it into my work look. The fabric is silky without being clingy and has a subtle sheen which really brings the vibrant hue to life. I’ve paired the blouse with black skinny jeans as it tucks in neatly to the high-rise waistband, creating a flattering ‘cinched-in’ silhouette. The jeans have plenty of stretch so are super comfortable and don’t bag around the knee and calf area (my bugbear). Leopard-print heels tie the outfit together.”
