  1. Use a sharp knife or hand-blender to crush or pulverise 1 large tomato
  2. Halve and stone 3 ripe avocados, chop 1 small red onion, a handful of coriander and juice 2 limes
  3. Mix all the ingredients together and use a masher or fork to mash to a chunky dip
  4. Season and serve topped with coriander leaves and some slices of fresh chilli
