Despite our best intentions, for most of us (me included), January often starts with a fuzzy head, a guilty realisation that you should watch what you eat and a horrible urge to join those New Year’s resolution joggers in the park. Forget snap diets and ease into a healthier eating pattern post-festive indulgence with our fresh, whole sea bream. Not only are they high in protein, low in fat and full of cholesterol-fighting omega 3 oils, with four whole fish to a pack, there’s enough to create a decadent yet wholesome dinner in minutes. Simply grill with a drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon, then serve with a bowl of lightly buttered samphire.
