IN CELEBRATION
OF GINUARY

Dry January is almost at an end, but there's still time to celebrate 'Ginuary' with our premium pick

To all the brave souls who partook in dry January, I applaud you; I, on the other hand, recently discovered the phenomenon that is Ginuary – an entire month dedicated to celebrating and indulging in one of the UK’s favourite spirits. Gin has enjoyed a revival in recent years with specialist distilleries popping up across the country, and one to watch is Silent Pool in Surrey. Built next to a stretch of water called Silent Pool and crafted using the actual water from the lake and handmade copper stills, it doesn’t get more unique than this distillery. I love the brand’s eponymous tipple – a blend of 24 botanicals including kaffir lime, chamomile and local honey. Bring out its floral nature with a splash of tonic and a sprig of fresh mint – cheers!
