  • The Refer a Friend scheme is currently available to selected customers only. The Scheme will be available to selected Sparks customers from 13.07.21 until 05.10.21.

  • 1. Log into your M&S Sparks Account via www.marksandspencer.com

    2. Visit the Sparks Section of your account

    3. Go to the Refer a Friend Page within the Sparks Section, where you will be able to find your unique referral link

    4. Copy your unique link and share it with Friends and Family who are happy to receive the link from you

    5. Provided your Friends and Family use your link to register with Sparks, we will be able to trace the referral back to you.

    Once we have verified that your Friend and Family has signed up using your unique link and made a Qualifying Purchase within 30 days of registering, you’ll receive a Reward.

    A “Qualifying Purchase” is a purchasing transaction where a Sparks Card (physical or digital) is scanned in the transaction. The Sparks card must be linked to the Friends and Family's account that they used or created when registering with Sparks, using your unique web link. If your link was not used to register, the purchase will not be a Qualifying Purchase.

    In order for the purchase to be a Qualifying Purchase, it has to be made by a genuinely new Sparks member who signed up using your unique referral link. Any purchases made by existing accounts or secondary accounts created by existing Sparks members will not be a Qualifying Purchase.

  • You are able to share your unique referral link with as many Friends and Family as you wish, and there is no limit of how many Friends and Family can sign up to Sparks using your link. However, you will receive a maximum of 5 Rewards through referrals.

  • If you refer Friends and Family who are already Sparks members, you will not be qualify for the scheme.

  • When a Friend or Family registers to Sparks using your unique referral link and makes a Qualifying Purchase, you will receive a Reward of either a 10% discount offer or a £5 voucher (“Reward”). The choice of Reward is at M&S' sole discretion and the variation you receive cannot be guaranteed. Separate Terms and Conditions will apply to the Reward.

  • The scheme will be available to selected Sparks customers from 28.06.21 until 25.09.21, if a Friend of Family uses your unique referral link to register with Sparks outside of this time frame, you will not qualify for the scheme and not receive a reward.
    To qualify for a Reward the below must occur:

    • Friends and Family must use the link that is provided to you to register with Sparks and become a Sparks' member. Once registered with Sparks, the Friends and Family must also make a Qualifying Purchase online or in-store within 30 days of registration. If Friends and Family do not use the unique link shared with them to register, and do not make a Qualifying Purchase, you will not receive the Reward.

  • You will receive the same Reward for each referral that results in you qualifying for the Reward. You will only receive a maximum of 5 Rewards through referrals.

  • Once your friend and family has signed up using your unique link and made a Qualifying Purchase within 30 days of registering it may take up to 72 hours for the offer to be available in the Sparks section of your account.

  • Your Reward will be available to activate and redeem in the Sparks Section of your account

  • The Reward is valid for 28 days after it is awarded. Please check the full Ts and Cs of the offer when the offer is available to you

  • If the referral has been successful and you qualify for a Reward, you will receive an email (if you are eligible to receive emails) notifying you that the Reward has been awarded to you. Keep checking your Sparks account for other offers you may have!
