  • The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Lanyard has been purposefully designed to act as a discreet sign that the wearer or someone in their party has a hidden disability and may require additional assistance or time.

Colleagues in store will recognise the symbol and know what it means, but they will not know what your individual need is, so if you need something specific just ask and they will do their very best to help. If you have a disability which means that you find verbal communication difficult, perhaps write something down to show them what you need help with.

If you would like a lanyard, you can pick one up from the order desk in any of our stores (excluding hospitals, airports, train stations, BP and Moto stores), and from the till point in our outlet stores.

Please do not provide us with information about your hidden disability. We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy policy here
