  • The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Lanyard has been purposefully designed to act as a discreet sign that the wearer or someone in their party has a hidden disability and may require additional assistance or time.

If you would like a lanyard, you can pick one up from the Food Order desk in any of our stores (excluding hospitals, airports, train stations, BP and Moto stores), and from the till points in our outlet stores. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Sales and Service Centre team on 03330 148 555 and they will post a lanyard to you.

Colleagues in store will recognise the symbol and know what it means, but they will not know what your individual condition is, so if you need something specific just ask and they will do their very best to help. If you have a disability which means that you find verbal communication difficult, perhaps write something down to show them what you need help with.

If you have any questions or feedback about the Sunflower Lanyard Scheme, please email
