It's a tough job, but someone's got to do it: our development chefs spent a year eating their way around the best burger restaurants from Brooklyn to Bristol to discover the secret to the perfect patty. The result is a summer barbecue game changer: our Best Ever Burger. It's made from specially selected cuts of British beef, with a combination of brisket, short rib, sirloin and chuck steak which is designed to work together to create that wonderfully lip-smacking texture. The not-so-secret ingredient is bone marrow, which provides an incredible richness and depth of flavour, as well as keeping the meat perfectly moist all the way through. Throw on the barbecue for an extra flame-grilled flavour, and serve in squishy buns with some fresh accompaniments (think smashed avocado and fat beef tomatoes): burger heaven.
