Cooking Instructions
1.
Stir half the
vegetable oil (15 mL)
into the
M&S classic ploughman's chutney (150 g)
then use clean hands to massage into the
M&S Oakham Gold chicken drumsticks (600 g)
. Place into an ovenproof dish, cover and marinate for at least 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 200/180 fan/gas mark 6. Add the
M&S new potatoes (500 g)
to the chicken, drizzle with the remaining
vegetable oil (15 mL)
season then roast for 15 minutes.

Stir through the
red cabbage (250 g)
and
tomatoes (3)
and bake for another 30 minutes, carefully basting with the juices and giving everything a good stir.
4.
Return to the oven for another 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and potatoes fork tender, then stir through the
M&S frozen supersweet sweetcorn (150 g)
and sprinkle the
mature cheddar (50 g)
on top for a final 5 minutes.
5.
Serve up with
M&S mixed leaf salad (as needed)
on the side.
