Cooking Instructions
1.
Make the dalogna coffee. Whisk together the
M&S Fairtrade gold instant coffee (9 g)
,
white sugar (35 g)
and 3tbsp of boiling water until pale and fluffy. This should take about five minutes if using a hand mixer.
2.
Meanwhile, toast the
M&S buttermilk pancakes (3)
.
3.
Place one on a plate and top with a layer of
UHT dairy cream (as needed)
.
4.
Add another pancake and top with a layer of dalgona coffee.
5.
Finish with the third pancake and add a scoop of
M&S Collection salted caramel ice cream (1 scoop)
, a drizzle of
M&S salted caramel sauce (as needed)
and finish with
M&S Fairtrade Colombian coffee beans (3)
.
6.
Make the tequila lime syrup. Add the
M&S Distilled silver tequila (45 mL)
into a saucepan with 50ml water,
white sugar (100 g)
and the juice of
lime (1)
. Heat until the sugar has dissolved and allow to cool before using.

Toast your
M&S buttermilk pancakes (3)
.

Place one on a plate and add a layer of
M&S Seville orange marmalade (20 g)
.
9.
Place the next pancake on top and spread with a layer of
M&S lemon and lime marmalade (20 g)
.
10.
Top with the third pancake, a substantial spoon of
M&S luxury lemon and lime curd yogurt (30 g)
and a good drizzle of tequila lime syrup.

Make your rum and pineapple syrup. Add 3 tbsp
M&S smooth white rum (45 mL)
into a saucepan with around 100ml juice from your tinned pineapple slices and 50g
white sugar (50 g)
. Heat until the sugar has dissolved and allow to cool before using.

Add your
Plant Kitchen oat drink (as needed)
to the fill line of the
M&S Plant Kitchen pancake mix (1/2 bottle)
and shake.
13.
Add a little vegetable oil to a frying/pancake pan and place over a medium heat. Once up to temperature, pour your pancake mix into the pan. Fry for 1 to 2 minutes each side. The bottle makes six pancakes.

While the pancakes are cooking, sprinkle your
pineapple slices in syrup (3)
on both sides with
soft light brown sugar (15 g)
. Grill for a few minutes on each side.
15.
Top your cooked pancakes with the grilled pineapple slices,
coconut pot (45 g)
and
desiccated coconut (6 g)
sprinkled on at the end. Finish with a good drizzle of rum and pineapple syrup.
16.
Toast the
M&S maple protein pancakes (3)
.
17.
Assemble as a stack on a plate, spreading a layer of
M&S high protein vanilla yogurt (1 pot)
in between each layer.
18.
Top the stack with
passion fruit (1)
seeds.
19.
Serve with a shot of
M&S Prosecco (25 mL)
on the side.

Add your
M&S berry mix frozen (1 handful)
,
white sugar (10 g)
,
lemon (1)
and juice to a saucepan over a low-medium heat. Allow the fruit to defrost, soften and then thicken – this should take around 5 minutes.
21.
Meanwhile, toast your
M&S buttermilk pancakes (3)
.
22.
Stack the pancakes on top of each other and sprinkle with
ground cinnamon (3 g)
.
23.
Top with the berry compote and drizzle with
maple syrup (as needed)
