soft light brown sugar

cinnamon sticks

Cooking Instructions
1.
Combine the cider (500 mL), apple juice (100 mL), rum liqueur (100 mL), whole cloves (4), cinnamon sticks (2), cardamom pods (2) and sugar (25 g) together in a pan and heat gently for 10 minutes. Don’t let it boil.

Once warmed through, ladle into glasses or mugs and garnish with the apple slices (to taste). Serve while hot.
