Cooking Instructions

Peel the
banana (1)
, mash in a bowl using the back of a fork, crack in the
egg (1)
and whisk together with a fork before pouring in the
milk (120 mL)
and whisking again to combine. Set aside.

In a large bowl combine the
flour (100 g)
,
baking powder (4 g)
and
cinnamon (1 pinch)
. Pour the banana mixture into the dry ingredients and whisk.
3.
Heat a splash of sunflower oil in a medium non-stick frying pan. Drop 2 tbsp batter into the pan for each pancake. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, until golden. Repeat for the remaining batter.
4.
Serve the pancakes with the
banana (1)

blueberries (100 g)
,
yogurt (120 g)
and a drizzle of
honey (to taste)
