Cooking Instructions

Use a stand mixer or wire whisk to whip the

for 2 minutes until airy.

Spread the ricotta onto each slice of
toast (8 slices)
and arrange the

and
grapefruit slices (3)
on top.
3.
Drizzle over some
M&S Collection single apiary pure British honey (to taste)
and top with a few
thyme leaves (1 bunch)
