Cooking Instructions
1.
Line a large square baking tin with greaseproof paper.

In a large pan on a low heat, melt the
condensed milk (200 g)
and
white chocolate chunks (300 g)
together until smooth, then remove from the heat.

Add the
M&S strawberry sauce (50 g)
and a few drops of
pink food colouring (to taste)
, and stir. Next, stir in the
marshmallows (60 g)
.
4.
Pour into the lined baking tin, scatter with
jazzie sprinkles (to taste)
, and place
Percy Pig sweets (100 g)
on top – spacing them out so you can cut your fudge into cubes, each with a Percy on top.
5.
Allow to set in the fridge, then cut into squares.
6.
Get everything you need to make Percy fudge in store.
