Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan. Line a baking dish with parchment, then add the
feta (200 g)

roseymary leaves (1 sprig)
, 1 tbsp olive oil and some salt and pepper.

Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven and drizzle over the
Collection single apiary pure British honey (40 g)
. Return to the oven for a further 10 minutes, until the figs have softened and the feta is golden. Serve with salad leaves or fresh bread.
