Cooking Instructions

Heat a griddle pan over a medium heat. Brush the pan lightly with 1 tbsp
vegetable oil (15 mL)
and add the
asparagus tips (320 g)
, cooking for 3 to 4 minutes until just charred.

Season the halved
tomatoes (250 g)
with salt and pepper, combine with the
mozzarella (200 g)
and reserve.
3.
Tear open the
M&S grains and greens mix (290 g)
pouch and microwave according to pack instructions. Add this to the tomato and mozzarella, along with the
olive oil (30 mL)
.
4.
To serve, divide the grain mix between 4 bowls and place a few asparagus tips on top.
5.
Top with
basil leaves (1 pack)
