Cooking Instructions
1.
Mix the
sugar (8 g)
with the
cinnamon (1 g)
. Dip the rim of a coupe in the
apple juice (5 mL)
, followed by the cinnamon sugar. Fill the coupe with ice.
2.
In a cocktail shaker, shake the
apple juice (100 mL)
with the
M&S Distilled spiced rum spirit drink (50 mL)
or golden spiced and some ice.
3.
Pour into the coupe and top with
M&S fiery ginger beer (to taste)
.
4.
Garnish with the
thyme (1 sprig)
, the
apple slice (3 slices)
and the
cinnamon stick (1)
