Cooking Instructions

Hollow out the
pineapple (1)
– use to make a spooky jack-o-lantern by carving as you would a pumpkin, if you like.
2.
Blitz the flesh, loosening with a splash of water.
3.
In a glass full of ice, pour in the pineapple juice, then pour over the
spiced rum (50 mL)
. Garnish with
lime wedges (to taste)
