Cooking Instructions

Add the
spinach (1 pack)

watercress (1 pack)

celery (3 sticks)
,
Wensleydale (200 g)

silverskin onions (50 g)
and
apples (3)
to a large serving bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the
honey (1 tsp)

wholegrain mustard (2 tsp)

cider vinegar (1 tbsp)
and
oil (2 tbsp)
.

Coat the salad well in the dressing, sprinkle with
sunflower seeds (1 tbsp)
and serve.
