Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6. Line a baking sheet with parchment.

Using a sharp knife, cut each
corn on the cob (4)
lengthwise, then each half into three lengthwise again.
3.
Put the
smoked paprika (2 g)
,
cumin (2 g)
,
oregano (2 g)
,
garlic granules (2 g)
and
chilli flakes (as needed)
into a bowl along with 3 tbsp olive oil. Coat the corn in the spice mix, and then place onto the lined baking sheet.
4.
Bake for 30 minutes, until curled and crispy. Top with the chopped
parsley (1 handful)
and serve with the
lime wedges (1)
and
chipotle mayo (to taste)
