Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/160°C/gas mark 4. Place the melted
butter (100 g)
and chocolate chunks from the
brownie mix (1 pack)
into a heatproof bowl and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes on medium, until melted.

Empty the contents of the sugar and egg mix sachet into another bowl. Add 900ml water and whisk with an electric whisk for 3-4 minutes.

Fold the combined chocolate mixture to the egg before folding in the contents of the flour sachet.

Spoon into an 18cm baking tin lined with parchment then bake for 30-35 minutes, until spring on the outside but soft in the middle. Allow to cool then cut into small squares.
5.
To make the sundaes, layer scoops of
ice cream (1 tub)
and chunks of brownie into glass bowls then finish with
Colin sprinkles (1 pack)
and
Colin faces (1 bag)
