To assemble, place one pancake onto a plate, top with 1 tbsp of the
Greek yogurt (60 g)
and 1 tbsp of the
mixed berry compote (80 g)
, then top with another pancake and repeat the yoghurt and compote. Repeat with the remaining pancakes, two per plate.

To serve, scatter ¼ of the
cherries (1 punnet)
over each plate and generously grate over some of the Belgian
chocolate (40 g)
. Serve any remaining yogurt alongside, if you like.
