The night before, mash half of the
banana (1)
in a large bowl and add the
apple (120 g)
,
oats (200 g)
,
milk (300 mL)
,
yogurt (100 g)
and
cocoa powder (10 g)
. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight.

The next day, spoon the mix into 4 bowls and top each with a spoonful of
peanut butter (30 g)
and a scattering of
fresh raspberries (200 g)
. Loosen with a splash of extra milk, if you like.
