Cooking Instructions
1.
Add the
butter (2 g)
and
olive oil (1 tsp)
to a frying pan and place over a medium heat, then add the
asparagus spears (250 g)
along with a pinch of salt. Fry for around 3-4 minutes, until tender, then set aside and keep warm.

One at a time, crack the
eggs (4)
into individual ramekins or small bowls. Gently tip each egg into a large saucepan of simmering water and leave to settle. Poach for 2-3 minutes, or to your liking, remove with a slotted spoon, then set aside on a plate.
3.
Place the
M&S ultimate crumpets (2)
into a toaster or under the grill, heat the Cook With M&S
M&S hollandaise sauce (1 tub)
sauce as per the packet instructions, then assemble the asparagus, eggs and sauce on top of each crumpet.
