Changed your mind? No problem. Our goodwill returns policy means you can return an item within 35 days of when you purchased or received it (14 days for sale items bought online, unless otherwise stated; exclusions apply). If the item is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, we’ll offer an exchange in our clothing and home stores (store returns only) or a full refund. Any returns, refunds and exchanges can be made in all UK clothing and home stores (this excludes Simply Food, M&S Food, Outlet, hospital, airport, train station, BP and Moto stores). Don’t forget to bring along your receipt. Outlet purchases can only be returned to Outlet stores.
Online purchases can be returned to all UK clothing and home stores as well as Simply Food, M&S Food and Outlet stores with a valid order summary document (this excludes hospital, airport, train station, BP and Moto stores).
You can return the item to any UK store (excluding Outlet, Simply Food, BP and Moto service station, hospital, airport and train station stores). Just ensure the item is new and unused with the tags intact, and we’ll give you a credit receipt.
Alternatively you can print a new parcel summary here and a tracked returns label here. Make sure to fill it in correctly so we can process your refund, and don’t forget to pop the form inside your parcel. For returns from outside the UK, you can use the same parcel summary; the items will need to be returned at your cost, unless in accordance with your legal rights (e.g. if the item is not fit for purpose or as described). We advise you get proof of posting for peace of mind.
