To use your staff discount online, you need to have a M&S.com account. If you don’t already have an account, you can create one here
If you have an account and are using your staff discount for the first time, you can register your card here. Once registered, your staff discount card will be added to your M&S.com account and your discount will automatically apply at the checkout.
