- Step 4: de-puff- Apply Bliss Triple Oxygen Instant Energizing Eye Gel to under eye and lid areas using a gentle patting motion
- Step 5: moisturise- Leave skin dewy with a layer of Bliss Triple Oxygen + C Energizing Cream
