About this bottle: The popularity of Prosecco is at an all time high and it’s not surprising because it is a delightfully approachable sparkling white. This example is made by winemaker Alberto Fabretti from specially selected grapes grown on hills and plains in the Veneto and Friuli regions of Northern Italy. Recent changes in quality laws decreed that Prosecco became the appellation name and the grape re-named ‘Glera’ a historical reference.

A very fresh, crisp Prosecco with light lemon and pear aromas. The flavourful palate is refreshing and perfectly balanced with a fine mousse.

About this bottle: Fabulously fashionable, Prosecco is made by pressing white grapes very delicately before proceeding with fermentation. For this wine winemaker Simone Casazza uses only Glera grapes, which are the mainstay of the Prosecco. Simone follows in the footsteps of his grandfather and brother in his passion for wine, and knows how to impart the best flavours to the bottle by using delicate contact with the wine’s fine lees.
