Packing your hospital bag is an exciting moment for a mum-to-be. I remember doing mine. I must have been suffering from extreme pregnancy brain because I managed to forget baby clothes and nappies. Handily, I’ve made a mini checklist of the baby essentials you’ll need so you don’t make the same mistake.
- Sleepsuits. Pure cotton with nickel-free poppers to protect your newborn’s delicate skin.
- Hat, booties, cardigan and blanket. To keep your little one cosy on the journey home (NB: the slowest drive of your life).
- Just add nappies, wipes and muslins and you’re good to go.
