I have always in the past been very pleased with M&S underwear but not this time. I ordered a size smaller than previously but the fit was baggy and the elastic very slack, as though it had lost its ‘spring.’ Since I had worn the items I couldn’t return them but I am very disappointed.

Bring back the wider gusset and full brief style!

I've always worn M&S knickers for their cotton content and full gusset. The design has changed, with a narrower gusset, back of pants going across the buttock and not under it and the height not going up to my tummy button. I don't think these can be considered a full brief now.

Very disappointed in these briefs. I have been buying size 14 multipack briefs from M & S for many years. Unfortunately, the sizing of these was completely wrong. I would say they appear to be at least 16, not suitable for me. As I had unwrapped them and thrown the package away and, of course, tried a pair on, I could not return them. Will be buying elsewhere from now on.

Very comfortable knickers but as previous people have said they’re not what they used to be. The gusset used to be different material but now there is no difference, the quality is not half as good as they used to be
