Not great for yoga, but fine as a sock
No, I don't recommend this
Have used these during yoga a few times and had to take them off. The material is quite flimsy so they move around on your foot and don’t help with sticking to the mat. They are comfy though, so have kept but won’t really use them for yoga just normal wear
