Xenon Medium Rollercase

Using a few of these for 4 years . No problems. Just enough to carry 20/23 Kg. Airline broke the metal pull out handle which cannot be replaced or repaired. No combination lock in the new version (the only downside). Because of USA regulations M & S have stopped having combination locks. I hate carrying keys! Why should USA have the last word in everything?

Unfortunately the wheels jammed solid on the case's first outing. It's good looking and good value as a suitcase but no use if you are unable to pull it along.

nice looking case but weighs just over 4 kilo's to start with so very heavy - I couldn't find the weight of it easily when I bought it.

Have bought M&S Xenon suitcases before (about 5 years ago - in purple) and now needed another medium size suitcase. As the previous suitcases are still going strong, I decided to go for another Xenon. Very pleased with it. Sturdy & well made, and hopefully will last as well as our other suitcases. I like the slightly 'tweedy' black colour but would have preferred to have a colour which was more distinguishable on airport baggage carousels.

I was in two minds about buying this case having read some of the other reviews. I took it on a 10 day trip and it was the right size. The wheels did not fall off and it survived stairs and being bashed around. I liked the design. I would have preferred one with a brighter colour rather than black. For me, the choice was whether to get a more expensive one with four wheels or this one. Would recommend although cannot comment on durability as I have only had the case for two weeks.

Really pleased with this purchase. Bought two for our twin daughters trip to France and so far so good. Easy to manoeuvre about using the spring loaded handle and they do really look quite stylish. Definitely worth the price we paid. Only slight disappointment I have is only one of them had a set of keys so only one can be locked at any one time.

I had already purchased the small Xenon Rollercase and was pleased with that, so when I needed a slightly larger suitcase, I knew which one to go for. Very pleased with this suitcase, big enough with room to spare for a weeks holiday and possibly longer depending on how light you travel. Well made and handy to have the expandable zip, just in case you buy too many things when away. It has a large zipped pocket on the inside of the lid and another smaller one for bits & pieces inside the main case area. Value for money, but I did buy with 20% off. Would buy it again!

This is a great suitcase. It's really light (when empty) and it fits loads in. It looks very smart and the expandable zip area is very useful. I would have preferred a brighter colour hence the lower rating for style, but that's just my personal preference.
