Supremely Washable 13.5 Tog 3 in 1 All Seasons Duvet

Really happy with this new duvet. My old 10.5 tog duvet was too warm and now the 7 tog part is perfect. Duvet is wonderfully soft and light and the poppers work perfectly

I bought this duvet having read several reviews online saying that the buttons to clip the two duvets (4.5 & 9 tog) together to make the single winter duvet (13.5 tog) didn't align properly. I took the risk that this problem would probably have been resolved by M&S by now. Unfortunately, I was wrong, and one set of buttons were about 15cm out of line, and so unusable. I returned to my local store, who checked this all out and accepted my returning the duvet. I chose not to replace/exchange.

Discovered poor unfinished stitching & one popper broken. Would expect better product checking prior to packing. This will be going back.

We have found the "All seasons" label of the product to be spot-on, besides which the lightness, even when both parts are together, makes for a very comfortable quilt. Our first attempt to purchase the duvet ended in disappointment, when we opened them and discovered the 9tog quilt had most of the stitching missing and lots of loose ends, but a replacement was delivered to us and thankfully this time both units are perfect. The previous one must have slipped through Quality Control at the manufacturer . To date, we haven't tried laundering the duvets, so cannot comment on this,aspect, but are not anticipating any problems.

Great value, just bought a single version had a king size previously down sized bed versatile for summer/winter

Very disappointed had to return as the fasteners did not align down each side. Not what I would expect from M&S

Tried 2 king size Duvets. Only used 9.5 tog section in both instances. First one the filling clumped and couldn't be shaken out so looked terrible on the bed. Second one was the same with the added problem that poppers were wrong way round and the 2 sections couldn't be joined . A great pity as they were very comfortable to sleep under. Come on M&S. Get it right.

This is an item i have bought before and i have always been pleased with it, but this particular one i have found that the 2 duvets do not clip together, the press studs do not connect. The item was needed immediately and so i was not able to take it back.

Originally purchased this duvet in October. Unfortunately by the start of January the stitching had come undone resulting in the filling bunching up and the duvet being useless. I hope the same doesn't happen with the replacement.

we got these as replacement for the rather old and tired ones in use already. They are lovely, very light, but very thick, when together thicker than a brand new pillow! Good quality pop stuff at each corner. They are super warm and a great quality product. Kids are super toasty at night now. Highly recommended!
