Supremely Washable Firm Support Pillow

Really disappointed with this purchase. I was expecting more from M&S. Firstly, this product should not be advertised as 'firm', it simply isn't. It is big and fluffy, but not firm. However, I actually found it very comfortable to start off with. I sleep on my side and need good neck support, which this was providing for the first few weeks and it felt really great. Now, a couple of months in, it's half of the height and has lost all of its 'bounciness', so there is no longer any neck support. I wake up during the night constantly trying to refluff and reposition it and start my days with a sore neck. I now have to go on another pillow hunt. I was hoping that M&S quality would mean these would last at least a year. I love the idea that these pillows are made from recycled materials, are are made in the UK and washable, but what a shame that they aren't what they are advertised as and that they don't last.

thought I had made a mistake in buying these pillows at first as when they arrived in packaging they were rolled up tight and very flat but when taken out they plump up really well really supports your head and neck just what I wanted so don't be put off buying these.......

This is not a particularly firm pillow even though it is sold as firm but overall good value, it wil be interesting to see how it washes.

Like goldilocks not too soft,and not too hard just right.

What can I say about these quality pillows apart from good value for money,. Having the 2 for £15 offer as well was good. They bounce back well and feel very comfortable to sleep with. I have had more expensive in the past and these feel better. My daughter likes them too and enjoyed the 20% offer to help furnish her bedroom in her new house. Thanks M&S keep up the quality items coming!

I bought these to go with my new M&S duvet. I was impressed with the section on the website which guides you on the type of pillow e.g. firm, etc. They are great value and very comfortable..

Really comfortable firm but soft pillows, fingers crossed they last well.

These pillows offer really good support and don't lose their shape. If these last half as long as the last ones I bought from M&S I will be pleased. Excellent price too, got them for 2 for £15 and with 20% off - a bargain!

Bought 2 of these and 2 of the Supersoft Firm Pillows for our bed. These are by far the most comfy - even though they were about half the price of the others!
