Kids' Metallic Leather Bow Pumps

My 9 yr old daughter loves these shoes, which are comfortable yet stylish, and look fab with a pair of skinny jeans.

These are lovely shoes but after being worn only a very few times the heel goes soft because it does not have the stiffening in it that a shoe needs nor the top edge to hold it together. Result the shoes flop off or have to be so small as to be uncomfortable for toes. Needs a strap to hold the shoe on. Sadly I will have to discuss with Marks and Spencers returning the shoes.
