Straw Winged Across Body Bag

Good sized bag, however purchased two bags (one in each colour) for our recent holidays and in the holiday heat the strap left blue and brown discolouration on our clothes. We had no alternative but to discard the bags during our day trip on discovering that the bags were continuously ruining our clothes as we did not want to carry them around for the rest of the day. These stains did not come out after washing the clothes. Although sold in the holiday section I wouldn't recommend taking anywhere hot if you don't want to experience similar events. Really disappointed in the customer service received by M&S when reporting this fault to them, as we didn't have the bags upon returning to the UK, they could not investigate the claim or compensate accordingly or even offer a refund for the bags. Would definitely not recommend these bags to anyone who is going anywhere hot on holiday.

This could and should have been the perfect, lightweight holiday bag and had it lived up to expectations, I would have purchased this bag in both colour ways. The main body of the bag is lightweight and of perfect proportions however it falls short, quite literally, in the strap department. I choose to wear bags across body style on holiday but the strap on this bag is far too short to accommodate. Anyone 5ft 5' or under would probably be fine but for me, I look as though I'm heading off to High School wearing my Infant School satchel. For reference, I'm 5ft 7 which is hardly gargantuan by today's standards. All it needed was an extra couple of inches, sadly it's going back for a refund.

just as described on website and looks just as pictured. I felt that at full price it was perhaps slightly expensive for what it is but it seems well made with nice internal pocket and good zip. So, good overall.

When we go away, being a wheelchair user I like to have a over the shoulder light bag. This fits that criteria perfectly. It has enough room to fit both iPhones a small sun tan lotion, tissues and a purse. As I can slip it down the side of my legs it then doesn't effect my sun tan. It is a lovely long adjustable strap with a hessian type of outer material bag. The lined material inner should wipe clean if it is marked. I would definitely recommend it

Nice size. Bought it for my holidays. Goes well with all outfits. Is small and lightweight and just what I wanted for carrying my daily holiday essentials

I like a cross body bag for holidays for keeping basic stuff including passports safe when we are out and about. Leaves your hands free but valuables close to the body. Great item, love it

I want a smallish cross body bag to take on holiday. Unfortunately this bag is slightly too small for my purpose so, although I liked it, I have returned it. I think the quality and style are good and I would recommend it to a friend.

Needed a light weight cross body bag for my holidays! I This little bag is just wanted and at £12 50 a real bargain.It holds more than i thought it would and it stills feels light .Just what i wanted when i aim to use it sightseeing !

Have the matching larger shopper bag in black, bought last year, and was looking for something to take on holiday for carrying phone and money about. I agree with previous reviews that a bit too small for everyday use but ideal for going out. Think of it as a clutch size bag and I got it for £10 with sparks offer so thought it was great value and will get lots of use this summer.
