I will have to return these as they are far too small - such a shame as I love them!!

Very designer looking comfortable heels

Love these shoes - want to keep them. They fit beautifully and match a snakeskin bag BUT my daughter has reminded me that unfortunately I am prone to falling over! These shoes are high and with my sensible head on I am going to return them! Wish they had a lower heel Sooooo sad!

I bought these shoes in black for work. Good size heel nicely cut away at the front very flattering. Size 5 slipped slight though

I normally go for stilettos but thought I'd try a block heel for the days I am constantly on my feet, but was worried as I normally associate block heels as clunky and unattractive. However, these are lovely, really really gorgeous I cannot recommend them enough. Super comfy, practical and stylish - look so much nicer than in the photo and seem far better made than some of my shoes from Nine West. Really pleased! Contrary to other reviews, I found the heel height to be very normal for a pair of work shoes and they definitely fit true to size.

Was looking forward to getting these as we're just what I was looking for to take me from winter into summer via Spring. Colour perfect but heel height higher than expected and came up bit small.

I love everything about this shoe except the height of the heel. The 5.5 fitted fine but I can't wear it :( If the heel height was 2/3 the height - i.e. about 6cm and not 9cm it would be perfect. As it is I couldn't wear this all day so unfortunately they are going back.

but they are tiny! I am a standard size 5 always but these were more like a 3. And when I took them back to my large main store (70 mile round trip) they did not stock and I couldn't find a similar style to get the right size so I had to have a refund. Disappointing! I rated poor overall because everything was perfect except the size and without getting that right there is no shoe...

Very good value for money block heel. Very similar to a designer shoe which retails at over £400, so astonishing value. Also beats LK Bennett version hands down on price and looks very very similar. That said, the photo does not reflect the actual height of the heel - 9cm on the 38 size. I bought this shoe for work, but it's too high for me to wear for this purpose. But I shall enjoy it for other, social, occasions. Not sure if it will beat my all time favourite high heel - a DKNY which also has the squishy insolia sole, now about 10 years old. I can go all day in these, and they will not easily be knocked off their perch as best stiletto shoe ever. However, still on the look out for a stylish good work court shoe, with low to medium heel.

They come up a little big, really happy the m&s do half sizes.
