Soft Body Solutions Cupped Multiway B-DD Full Slip

Bought at £10 in sale and delighted at the price. it was actually a bra size 34 which is smaller than I normally take (36) but took a chance because of the price. It fit perfectly. The "skirt" part is not at all fitted so no support or streamlining under tight clothing; it is fairly short - it will be perfect under shorter, dark summer dresses. Like other reviews the straps annoyingly became unhooked immediately I tried to get the slip on, but rather than sew them in place I will put a few stitches where the hook goes in and this will hopefully work to make the hook a tighter fit when in place. Very Pleased with this, especially the price. Only gave 4 stars because of the problem with the straps which made trying it on difficult.

I have similar underwear which I cannot live without so when I saw this in the sale, I decided to buy one more just in case (it was not exactly the same thing). I overlooked the description that this style is 'soft'. It does not hold you in but the bra part fits perfectly so I kept it and wear it as bra and loose slip not as the bra and waist cincher body smoother I was expecting. In summary, I am not disappointed.

Both, fabric and fitting are made for me, respecting the sizes of shapewear lingerie. Very easy to choose, and very appreciated...

I was excited to see these in the sale & bought 2 online. Like other reviewers of a certain age I remember the bra slips of the 60s & 70s which consisted of a bra attached to a fairly rigid taffeta slip. These gave clothes a smooth line without restricting breathing to the same extent as modern shapewear. I was disappointed with this item since the slip was very flimsy & would show every lump & bump. The detachable straps parted company with the bra before it was properly fastened & it was very difficult to locate the loops to reattach them. You will not be surprised that I returned both as soon as possible I feel sure that M & S can create something resembling the bra slips of old & these would fly off the shelve/hangers..

Used to love wearing bra slips 30 odd years ago so was really pleased to find this one in store. Bought my normal bra size 34D and cup size is perfect. Adjustable straps are a good idea but kept slipping out of loops on back so have stitched them into place. This is OK so long as I don't want to change position or wear strapless and back strap is such a snug fit that it would be possible to wear this strapless comfortably. Lower 'slip' part is a comfortable fit over my 38'' hips/tummy and length great for my 5'1''.

I still have bra slips from M&S, bought many years ago and still being worn, though now not true to size & getting thread-bear from years of wash & wear, but will not part with them until replaced. I've been searching over the years to replace them and was delighted to find these. I had tried the sculptured ones but they were so difficult to get on and would have been extremely uncomfortable to wear. I take 38B in M&S bras but found this size in the slip was too big in the cup so tried 36B and 36C - the B was too small in cup size and, although the C was the correct cup size, the actual slip was too tight across the back, even on the loosest hook and eye fitting - such a shame as the material felt lovely and there was the added bonus of different ways of wearing the straps, including strapless. The only reason I would recommend it to a friend is because it's fabulous for its purpose as long as you get the size right, which, unfortunately I have not been able to, so am extremely disappointed.
