Showerproof Plain Umbrella

It looked like a robust umbrella but I didn't use it. I returned it because it was too big for me, and it was also very difficult to close (might have received a faulty one??).

This umbrella has a great canopy, unfortunately the buttons for the automatic operation are too close together and can sometimes be difficult to operate. This is my second umbrella of the same type and I would thoroughly recommend it as it is small enough to fit in a tote bag but as stated has a great canopy just slightly smaller than a golf umbrella.

I had purchased on two previous occasions the M&S men's automatic umbrella and been very happy with it. I thought I had ordered the same item but when it arrived instead of the shorter compact men's automatic umbrella it was full length which is too long to carry with a handbag. So I was very disappointed with my purchase and returned it.

The size of this umbrella is between the mini-umbrella that fits into a small bag and the regular walking stick. It is just as strong and has a similar circumference as a regular sized umbrella. It fits into a small suitcase and is excellent for taking with you on a vacation.

Bigger than the standard one person umbrella, smaller than the golfing type. Took it to Ireland and guess what? Yes, it became a great Sun Parasol. Just my luck!
