Showerproof Automatic Open Wooden Crook Handle Umbrella

Bought as a present. Recipient says it does the job as an umbrella.

Great folding brolly! Not too heavy, strong and reliable!

This automatic umbrella was excellent in style, quality etc but I found it almost impossible to close and I struggled for ages, therefore item had to be returned

this is a good size and sturdy umbrella. the only fault is that is hard to close.

I purchased one of these in store to replace a cheaper umbrella which I'd had for over 5 years and was still fully functional. The larger diameter and better handle on the M&S ones were real plus points. However, I noticed this umbrella was a lot more vulnerable to the wind than my old one. About 14 months after purchase a sudden gust caused the umbrella to turn inside out and it wouldn't turn back the correct way easily. On closer inspection it had broken so it didn't last anywhere near as long as I had hoped.
