Self Striped Lace Shift Dress

The colour and actual design of this dress is great. It fitted well in all the right places so 10/10 for that! However the fabric was what I can only describe as 'slimey'! I felt it would be become a very hot, sweaty dress on a summer's day/ Mediterranean evening, so did not fit the bill as a summer holidays dress , which was what I wanted it for.....so was returned!

Ordered this just before it went out of stock and it was delivered a day early. Well done. I am a size 12 5'3" . The colour was gorgeous , not for the wall flowers in the population and was looking forward to wearing this . It would have been fab for work or going out. It was stretchy with a good self coloured lining , but I just felt it was a bit too tight for comfort. I will re order when it comes back in stock and will go for a 14 and hope it isn't too big.> This would be gorgeous in cobalt blue or fuscia pink.

love the bright colour of this dress. The material is a bit stretchy but not like a lot of the dresses with added stretch so is therefore a snugger fit. Would definitely recommend and would love more bright colours.

Wonderful dress very good quality and fit I was a little fearful of colour but WOW I am true English blonde and thought might not suit but looks good and teamed with nude or black looks smart and on trend for the summer It covers all lumps and bumps due to inner lining and just skims knee ( I'm 5 ft 4 in ) Please Marks and Spencer commission this in other colours ie pink /blue /cream and you'll be on a winner Perfect for Summer wedding /races

This dress is certainly not for anyone afraid of standing out. The colour is very bright lime/lemon and may not suit everone. But the material is lovely and the fit is really good. The length is just right on the knee. I was worried about the colour at first but for the summer it should be really nice.
