Ii picked up the bag from the store, and carried it empty to the car but by the time I got there, I had already decided it had to go back. Its a shame that the handles were awkward, hard, felt cheap and did not sit well in the hand. Once it had files & laptop in it, I would expect the handles would have felt even worse. For the price of the bag nearly £60, I think it was totally spoilt with cheap plastic covered handles. Shame. But I ended up with a better one for far less. Also why are laptop bags so masculine - don't M&S understand that women also carry laptops.

I bought this as a replacement to my "Swiss" backpack laptop bag which I had used for many years whilst commuting by train. Now that I drive a short distance I wanted something smarter and easier to get in and out of the car. Though still early days, the quality appears as good as my previous bag. It is surprisingly spacious and, although I do not need to carry as much in it as I used to when commuting by train, it has the capacity to do so. The zip could be a little smoother and it would be nice if it came with a matching luggage label. In my mind I feel that it is a few £s overpriced, but overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

Very nice looking bag, and very practical. My 15.6" laptop, which has not always fitted other bags made for this size, is a perfect fit. Well padded inside. Excellent design with two large laptop size compartments, one smaller compartment on the front, and a further zipped pocket within the front compartment. Also another buttoned compartment on the rear. A little expensive, but on the whole I think worth the extra.

This laptop bag looks a bit different from the run of the mill ones most people seem to have. The blue colour is quite striking and the brown handles etc contrast nicely. The material looks very hard wearing and looks smart too. Lots of different compartments for accessories and personal items. An excellent product all round.
