Measure up

1. Chest: measure the chest around the fullest part, placing the tape under the arms.

2. Waist: Measure around the widest part of your waist where the waistband of your trousers normally sit.

3. Inside Leg: Measure from the crotch down the inside leg to where you want your trousers to sit on your shoes.

4. Overarm: Measure from the nape of the neck, follow the shoulder line to the bottom of the wrist.
