Does your bra arch up at the back?

If your bra is more than one year old, the elastic may be at the end of its life. If so, we'd suggest buying a new bra. Otherwise you may need a smaller under band size

Are your bra straps digging in?

The primary role of your bra straps is to hold your cups in place, so adjust them to a comfortable length. Your underband should be providing support- if it isn't book in for a free bra fit

Is your bra digging in at the back?

Try a scooped- back bra style to help smooth skin

Are your boobs spilling over your cups?

Spilling out of the top of your bra means you are likely wearing a cup size too small. If you are spilling out of the sides and the top of your bra, you may need to go up two cup sizes

Is your underwire digging in at the side?

It's likely you need to reduce your underband size and increase your cup size

Do your boobs fall below the underwire at the front of your bra?

If you answered yes, your underband is too big and you need to increase your cup size

Does your bra feel too big in the cup?

You should probably be wearing a smaller cup size. Check the underband, too, as this may also need to be reduced

Is your underwire digging in at the front?

We'd suggest trying a different style bra that is lower at the front, such as a plunge bra. You may also need to increase your cup size to allow the wire to sit flat against your chest
