In a bottle that’s almost too pretty to open, our new British strawberry gin liqueur is made by Warner’s Distillery in Northamptonshire and balances the fresh and fruity natural strawberry flavour with subtle juniper notes. Serve over ice with tonic or try one of our fruity cocktail ideas below.

Shake up some summer cocktails
For a fruity take on a G&T, gently muddle two basil leaves in a tumbler, fill the glass with ice, pour over two measures of strawberry gin liqueur, top with rhubarb and strawberry tonic and garnish with some extra mint leaves.
Fancy a refreshing aperitif? Simply add one measure of strawberry gin liqueur to a flute or coupe, pour over some Conte Priuli prosecco rosé and add a scattering of pomegranate seeds.
Finally, try our take on a gin sour. To make, dry shake two measures of strawberry gin liqueur, 25ml lemon juice, 15ml egg white and 15ml simple syrup (made by heating equal parts water and sugar until the sugar dissolves) vigorously. Add ice and shake again until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a strawberry.
Strawberry gin Eton mess
Try making a boozy twist on an Eton mess by soaking chopped strawberries in our strawberry gin liqueur for a few hours. Blitz half of the strawberries to create a sauce. Layer crumbled meringues, strawberry chunks, strawberry sauce and whipped cream in glasses. Finally, top with some extra sauce, strawberry chunks and mint leaves.

Boozy puds
Go all out at your next garden gathering and whip up not one, but two gin liqueur-infused desserts. For a passion fruit gin cheesecake, top a ginger biscuit base with a mix of cream cheese, double cream, icing sugar, passion fruit seeds and a generous splash of our passion fruit and vanilla gin liqueur. Make a syrup by heating sugar and the liqueur, then drizzle it over the cheesecake along with some extra passion fruit seeds.
For a blackberry and elderflower gin jelly, heat the blackberry and elderflower gin liqueur with some granulated sugar over a low heat. Add gelatine leaves, soda water, and apple and elderflower juice. Add blackberries to some champagne coupes, pour in the jelly mix and set in the fridge.

For an alcohol-free take on a lemon gin fizz, put our 0% alcohol botanicals, lemon juice, M&S preserved lemon paste, sugar syrup and egg white into a cocktail shaker. Shake until frothy, then add ice and shake again. Strain, top up with soda water and garnish with lemon and rosemary.
