We’re a long way from northeast Italy with this Pinot Grigio, high up in the Andes’ Alto Uco valley to be precise, where winemaker Francois Lurton (the first to plant Pinot Gris in Argentina) farms his grapes organically. To preserve all its fresh aromatic intensity, the fruit was actually harvested at night.
