UK Home Delivery
Weʼll deliver to a home or work address in our delivery areas, whichever is more convenient for you.
International Delivery
Sending parcels to friends and family overseas is quick and easy.
How much does it cost and how long does it take?
- £3.99 next day home delivery* - order up until 10pm. Clothing, home and beauty items only.
- Free standard home delivery on orders over £50 - get your clothing, home, beauty and wine order within 3-5 working days.
- Free nominated day delivery on wine orders over £100 - simply select the nominated day delivery option and your chosen date at checkout. Next day delivery is available when you order before 7pm.
- Delivery is free for flowers, plants, selected food and wine gifts and most furniture.
- £2.50 CollectPlus – we deliver to a pick-up location of your convenience within 3-5 working days.

UK delivery times
We’ll deliver between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Sunday. We don’t deliver on bank holidays. During busy times, like Mother’s Day, we may deliver outside these hours. Please note that hampers, wine, gift cards and furniture are not delivered on Sundays.
How does it work?
- Order by 8pm for delivery to your chosen store.
- Due to high demand, some delivery options may take longer than normal.
- You can order clothing, beauty or homeware online and we'll deliver to your chosen store for FREE.
- When you go to the online checkout, we’ll let you know if your order is able to be collected in store and when.
- We’ll let you know when your order has arrived in store and is ready for you to collect.
- It takes a bit longer for us to carefully prepare Food to Order, so we can’t offer next-day delivery to store. Details of our preparation times are shown on individual items.
- Your order will be ready to collect from midday and we’ll keep it in the store for 7 days.
- Food orders will be ready to collect on your selected day from 9am
