These fit really well in a size 12. They are comfortable and seem quality shorts.

Very pleased with these shorts. Perfect fit and very smart. The length was just right. I bought two pairs and would certainly buy again.

Loved these shorts. Needed to replace my old size 12s as too small. Pleased to discover these 12s fitted perfectly, bought 2 colours as so comfy and wash well. I know M&S change their sizes but these got a little bigger rather than smaller. I can live with being a 12!

Good looking shorts and seems good quality but sizing is a problem. I'm a 12 but need 14 in these to fit but the waist gapes at the back. There seems to be sizing issues at M&S for the past 2 or 3 years and it's irritating. Also the ones I tried had bottoms turned up and came to above knee but inside seam stitching showed so when fully down came to mid knee which seems a tad long. I'm 5'5". I've ticked recommend to friend because they don't fit me well but may suit others

I did not intend to buy shorts this year - just cropped trousers for holiday. I saw them hanging up - the colours appealed to me as well as the material. They were an excellent fit, so I purchased 2 pairs. I am very happy with them.

I bought a pair of these shorts in 2013 and loved them but the sizing seems to have changedin this years models as they are now to tight and the pockets gape. Unless I lose about 7lbs they will be no good for me but that will make all my other clothes too big. Please M&S be consistent in your sizing !!

I have bought these in navy blue and aqua. I am a size 10 and 5`5" tall and they fit perfectly on the waist, hips and bottom. A good knee length pair of shorts. Smart looking too. Bought the white pair last year and they still wash and wear really well.
