A nice metallic blue that lasts well. Consistency is a bit gloopy though.

I also bought Goldmine, and tried it for the first time today. I'm wearing mine as a standalone colour, not as a topcoat. When applied, it looks a sort of colour-changing pink/blue more than gold, but it's pretty. It's not a glitter polish, but quite a high metallic shine. It's noticeable, yet still quite subtle - pale, shimmery colours are more forgiving than vampish reds, if, like me, you have ultra-short nails you're trying to grow back. I needed two coats for good coverage. A single coat is still pretty, but semi-transparent; your half-moons will show through - OK if you want a more delicate look. I have managed to get a few bubbles in it - I think that is impatience or ineptitude on my part, rather than the polish. Probably one nail out of ten needs redoing more carefully - not a bad success rate. I've also bought the Ice Blue, as I had a voucher to the exact value, and wanted something small to use it up. I've not tried the blue colour yet. It's also highly metallic, but not as obviously two-tone.

I picked up Goldmine as it was soooo unusual a colour. Very easy to apply and quick drying. It adds an interesting colour shift over a base colour. I ended up buying 5 more for friends.
