Pure Cotton Soft Landscape Print Nightdress

I have not worn this since it is cotton for summer nights. It feels cool to the touch. It is generous for a 12-14. The pattern is immaterial to me. I like the length. What is important for me is that it is not see-through thin.

Compared with other nightdresses ordered at the same time I was disappointed, not so soft & creased easily.

It declares itself ankle length.... not so ... It is quite comfortable in bed and although quite wearable... does not afford the modesty one might prefer in hospital... ! covers a person right up to the neck... + down the arms [though rather too tight to roll-up sleeves] but is above knee level when sitting... hence the : immediate family viewing only..!

This nightie is pure cotton and has a "soft finish", so is fairly light. The standard length is not on the ankle (as stated in the description) but more mid calf on me (at 5'5"). The cuffs are quite narrow/tight, so could be an issue stretching (into cupboards or picking up stuff from the floors).

It's very soft and has long sleeves and a high collar so is good for the colder months. I also love the design and the little ribbons. The only faults I find are that the length is quite short so leaves my legs cold (I'm 5ft 3 and it reaches halfway between my ankle and knee). Also, when rolling around in bed, the collar can be pulled quite tightly around my neck and be very uncomfortable. Overall though I wear it a lot because of the sleeves and fabric being quite warm.

Really like the unusual pattern. Cosy and a good length.

Bought this for my Mum. She loves it. It is not a heavy brushed cotton and is soft and comfortable. It has long sleeves. Pure cotton is great.
