Pure Cotton Adjustable Strap Wax Dispatch Bag

Previous reviews had commented about the fake leather bits on this bag and I agree they make the bag look a bit cheap. However, it's really hard to get a casual looking, computer friendly, zip close bag and this one is all 3. My husband likes it and the 'leatherette' hasn't bothered him! It looks great on him.

A good looking practical bag. Had to take it back due to weak stitching on the inside pockets. Had a hole in the lining after two weeks use. Looked at some others with a view to exchange but they all looked as if the stitching wouldn't hold. Got a refund and bought an alternative.

DID'NT LIKE THE LOOK OF THE PRODUCT,IT WAS MARKED AND CRUMPLED IN PLACES, ALSO THE MAGNETIC FASTENINGS DID'NT SEEM SECURE. IT WOULD HAVE HELPED TO HAVE A TOP ZIPPER FASTENING. RETURNED PRODUCT, HAD A FULL REFUND, THANK YOU. EXCELLENT SERVICE AS USUAL.

Despite the other reviews about the buckles on this bag, I have to say I'm glad they are not real, and they are in fact just magnates. I like to get to my stuff quickly and easily, and faffing about with buckles every time I wanted to get a magazine or phone or anything out of the bag would annoy me. As with everything.... its all down to personal preference, and personally I love the bag! Looks great as well!

This great water resistant bag is just right for my trendy son! I might keep it for myself.

Difficult to get excited about it - it's a bag and reasonably stylish and the fittings seem OK. As it's a functional item I guess the best reviews would be those done after 6mths or a year's use....but that ain't available to me!

Nice bag with plenty of room but the one issue I have is the fake leather straps. The buckles are in fact magnetic poppers. Why ruin the bag with so cheap a cop out M & S? So nearly an excellent item.

I've long looked for something that can replace the jute bag I've used up until now to carry my stuff in to work but could never find anything I liked. I didn't want anything too formal so that I could use it outside work, but also not so informal that I couldn't use it for work. After a lot of thought I decided on a dispatch bag and armed with a gift card I'd received last year I took a look through the bags in my local M&S. I chose this one as it's very well made and hard-wearing but - more importantly - it was the only one that has a zip as well as the flap-over cover. It's got somewhere for my iPad, pockets for keys, wallet and phone and a main compartment big enough for the rest of the stuff I cart around (reading specs, lunchtime sandwich etc). I'm not worried by the false straps as I knew that before I bought it and I see it purely as a design feature. All-in-all I'm happy with my purchase and I expect it to last me for quite a while (assuming I don't lose it that is).

I bought this dispatch bag as a present for a male person (my partner). He liked it (thank goodness!) however, he wasn't too sure about the 'false' buckles, although I can see that the internal zip provides some added protection. It is an overall good design and looks fairly neutral, has good capacity and there are no logos which is a bonus.

This is a sturdy, attractive bag with good inside and front and rear pockets and an internal divider. The strap and carry handle are both strong and comforable to use. It would be big enough for a laptop and otherwise can hold a couple of books and a small lunchbox (it's a satchel design so although hard-wearing it isn't roomy enough for bulky items). Very pleased with this purchase.
